We were absolutely BLOWN AWAY by the service we received from Rigo's moving company. We had booked three movers for two hours, as we were moving from California to Texas and needed some muscle to get a deconstructed sound booth, as well as a heavy bed set and some other items, into a 16' truck. We expected the booth to take most of the time, so I only mentioned three pieces of furniture, as items we would "see if we had time for." The guys got the booth safely and securely loaded in twenty minutes!!! (Backstory: it took three of us a half a day to get into the house originally.) My husband and I had to scramble to get other things prepared for them, and within 90 minutes, they had packed up 95% of our belongings and our truck was a masterfully-filled tetris box of wonder. If I could pack the three gentlemen into our cab to bring with us, I would. Not only were they incredibly efficient, but they were also well prepared (with backstraps and rope and dollies), took care with our items, and had a good time doing hard work. I always admire people who can share a laugh and be friendly when the task at hand is demanding, especially when I discovered that these guys do three moves a day (mic drop). We wholeheartedly endorse Rigo's moving company and you should, too!

These guys went the extra mile. They took on the tough job of cleaning out, and reorganizing, a large storage unit, and didn't stop until they had finished. Highly recommended. They arrived early, they were respectful, and I would use them again.

Second time using Rigo's. Got a phone call at 8:22 that they had arrived. My time window was 8-9 so that worked. Actually got started around 8:40 and finished up just before 11.
Both guys worked quickly and with few incidents. They wrapped most items with moving blankets I provided and shrink wrapped anything else. There were a few small damages to the walls, but overall nothing major.
I had a 16 foot pod and they loaded it to the very end and used the space well. I would consider using Rigo's for future moves, however I am moving out of state.

These guys were the best 2 movers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They arrived on time, started working the second they got here and never slowed down. Very professionally handled all my belongings, never once bumped into any walls or doorways or anything else. They did an excellent job of packing the truck. They even brought their own shrink wrap to wrap my furniture and didn't skimp on using it. They are true professionals and Simply the best movers I have ever used and would use them again in a second !!!

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
