The team Rigo’s sent for my 3 bedroom move did an excellent job. They were thorough in protecting the furniture and fit everything in the van exceeding my expectations.I used a 16 foot POD and was worried my furniture wouldn’t all fit but they used the space efficiently all the way to the ceiling. Very happy with their service and would highly recommend them!

Workers were great. Showed up early, and worked hard. My issue was with the dispatcher for Rigo's Moving tried to get me to Zelle them directly, an additional almost $200 for no reason. It felt like she was trying to scam me for some additional money on the side. Her name was Martha.

They were terrific. They arrived on time with the proper supplies I ordered. They set right to work wrapping the furniture and then loading it in the container I had ordered. They estimated it would take 2 hours and that is exactly what it took them. I was completely satisfied and will call them to do the unloading.

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
