Very professional, got the job done in a timely manner. The only negative complaint is that they don’t come with enough of the packing supplies, and when i made the reservation i was Told they would come with it. My husband had to run to the store, during the move, to purchase more shrink wrap.
Hard workers with a good attitude in getting the work done. No scratches or dents to frurniture, they were very careful. We would definitely use them again.
They were on time, in fact they were early. They were efficient, careful with my stuff, and managed to fit it all in my POD. They had all the tools they'd need. I provided the moving blankets I'd use them again!
The two workers who come to help me today were quick and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for good, honest, and fast workers. They took great care of my property while they loaded it into my storage container. I would definitely use Rigo's Moving Company again.
I gave an average rating due to 2 items. First let me say the 2 man crew were very courteous and professional and worked very good to load my goods in my container. The negative parts were that they were 45 minutes late showing up which caused me to have to reschedule a missed appointment with my accountant which is very hard this time of year. Due to my up front work of having all my boxes packed and sitting in the garage and my having set up a loading schedule mapped out to fit the width and height limits, their work went extremely smooth. I had not wanted to cut myself short so I scheduled 3 hours and it only took them half of that time to complete. I asked them to give back a little by splitting the cost of just the last hour and they declined and took the entire payment even though I still tipped the workers. So I paid double the time used. My advice is to only book the minimum 2 hours and pay the overage if you need them longer and you will pay for what you get. Otherwise like in my circumstances you won’t get any credit back for the shorter time utilized. I would like to follow up on my original review. Even though Rigo caused me to reschedule an appointment, I did not note upfront that their appointment time is within a one hour window which they were within so I must give them credit. Also they did end up reviewing my actual time used for their service and they made an adjustment to my billing. I am happy with them and thank them for taking time to reach out to me and resolve to my satisfaction. They provided good customer service to acknowledge my concerns. Thank you

Two young men were on time, they came prepared to work with both packing knowledge and ropes for securing the load with in the POD. worked continually and got the job done ahead of scheduled time. We would surely use them again. They were a good representation of the company.

On the moving date the Supervisor in charge of the move, will go ahead and give you a call to inform you that the crew are heading to your location, they will show up to the job site with all the equipment's and materials that they may need to perform your job.
We recommend to every costumer to have all the small and fragile Items packed into boxes prior time of the day of the move, The costumers doesn't have to worry about the furniture or the big items, because our movers will take care of them, they will disassemble and wrap all of your furniture. For LOADING JOBS ONLY, we recommend to every costumer to rent or buy moving blankets, so our crew can be able to wrap all of your furniture.

Our favorite part of being a mover is to help our costumers have a Smooth and stress-free move.
We provide all of our employees with a well training program for one month at our head quarters to help them gain experience learn a good communication with every costumer, pack fragile stuff into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
We don't accept same day requests.
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
We do not refund for any unused time.
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
