I recently used Rigo's to load a pod for me. I found them very reliable from the beginning of placing my order to the end of finishing the load. They very great in communicating with me what to expect as well as the timing of when the movers would be there. The office staff was also very helpful when I called with questions. They worked very hard and did a great job in packing the pod and preparing the furniture to keep it safe. I have already recommended them to my brother.

I wish there were a higher rating. I have made four international moves and at least a dozen cross-country and local moves in the USA. Hands down, this experience was the best of them all. The advance communication was professional, clear, and accurate. The price was very reasonable, especially for such high quality service. There were absolutely no surprises except to discover how professional and helpful movers can be. Charlie and Manuel were efficient, patient, offered me great advice, and could not have been kinder. They made what is usually a nightmare experience into a true pleasure. I will sing the praises of this mover to all friends and colleagues who are planning to move. Moving is dreaded by everyone. But I told Charlie and Manuel I wish I could move all over again because it was such a great experience. Who needs Marie Kondo when you have Rigo’s Movers?! ??

We were blown away by their positive attitudes, professionalism, and excellent service provided. Josh and Jose called ahead to advise ETA; they arrived exactly on time as scheduled. They came in, took charge, and hustled throughout the entire job. Great care was taken with our furniture. They even found a watch and ring that I’d lost and were quick to turn them into us. We were so pleased with their performance, that we called Rigo Movers to schedule the unload at our new home. Kudos to Josh and Jose, and Rigo Movers, for a job well done!

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
