These guys worked super hard, were on time, were very respectful, and were prepared for the job, but I wouldn't use them again because I don't think they were particularly skilled at packing. I expected them to be affiliated with PODS because of the way their services were presented by PODS. Instead they definitely seemed like single-day contract labor. A significant volume of the pod went unfilled and we repacked a lot of the pod the next day in order to get a coffee table, two shoe racks, an office chair, a bedframe, a mattress, two tool boxes, a bicycle, three guitars, and several more boxes into the pod. They used the ratchet straps in a strange way, just tying them in knots instead of using the ratchets. They loaded lots of soft things on the bottom instead of sturdy things that would keep additional courses level. Again I want to emphasize these were kind, polite, honest, hard-working people, I just think they could benefit from some training on how to load the pod efficiently.

These two men worked tirelessly to load the boxes I had packed. I have no idea how they got so much in my Pod. They were amazing. I paid for 3 hours of packing and they were finished in one and a half hours. I was truly impressed. The only thing I did not like was they were late. I was told they would be here between 11-12 and they did not arrive until 2PM. I did forgive this due to the hard work they put in loading my Pod. If all employees work this hard I would highly recommend their services.

The guys were excellent. They got all of our items we identified to be moved into the pod without issue. They took their time wrapping all of our fragile items and smaller appliances for transport. If we could have them unload our pod where we moved we would definitely hire them again.
