They were very helpful and considerate with getting our things moved into the house within a fairly short timespan.

One of the guys had an attitude when he showed up. They took multiple smoke breaks and of course, didn’t finish within the allotted 2 hours I had booked them for. They weren’t able to stay, so I had to book another moving crew and am waiting for them to get here from Lexington. For an additional $300+ dollars. The truck is only half loaded. The did do a good job with what they did pack. The guy with the attitude then offered to come back later this afternoon/evening to finish the job, but that doesn’t work for us. There’s stuff all outside and in the neighbors driveway at this point. I’m watching it and waiting for the new crew to show up. Not at all happy with the service I received.

Move it like it’s mine was a great moving crew. They bravely tackled our 2nd floor duplex that has the nastiest bend in the stairs without any complaints. They also expertly packed in our truck where it might’ve been one size too small otherwise. Even after our 5 hour drive with a full 20 foot Uhaul nothing was broken. Noting we only paid for loading services and packed and wrapped everything ourselves. We also provided all of our own ratchet straps that they put to expert use.

They were great! They got done in exactly 2 hours and worked the whole time. They accommodated my needs as far as time for loading and unloading. I had them come the day before to load and they worked with me on the time for that and the time to come to unload. They treated my stuff good and put it all exactly where I wanted it!
