Very pleased with the professional way they handled my move. Always eager to place things where I wanted even if I changed my mind. Handled everything with great care. They were on time even though the pod wasn't. Had to leave and come back later because of the pod nondelivery. Worked both quickly and efficiently.

I was not called to let me know they were on there way like I was on the moved end. They showed up at 950 when the window was 10-11. We had problems getting our truck so when they showed up that early we weren’t home. Then they didn’t finish loading everything and we offered to pay an extra hour and they said they couldn’t stay. We signed a piece of paper for two hours of work and then got charged for a third hour. When we called they wanted to argue with us. We requested that a manager call us back because the guys said they couldn’t fix it without a manager. So we went through hireahelper and they fixed it for us. The two gentleman who helped us were nice, just extremely disappointed that we were charged extra, didn’t receive a phone call of arrival, and that no one called us back. Compared to the unpacking end, Louisville just didn’t meet our expectations.

This team of movers took great care of my furniture and home. They packed a pod that will be in storage for 8 months; I have confidence that my furniture will be in the same condition when I unpack in 8 months. They were very respectful and polite. I will most definitely hire them again.

The crew was on time, in the right numbers, with proper supervision and did a good job moving our stuff, although they were not properly prepared for the job. My main concern was moving my gun safe and they were not informed of that verbally by their office but it was listed in the job order. My call to their office led to an adequate credit but left me to search for another company to complete the moving. None of my stuff moved was damaged in any way and the moving went efficiently but I would not use them again as it took another week to get the job finished in an economic manner as when I asked their company whether they could move the safe, they said "no".

They arrived late because they were held up at another job. They did work very hard and were patient and efficient. They are well experienced. They brought their own supplies and were careful not to injure or sully my furniture or hardwood floors. They made good suggestions regarding how to arrange and assemble items. They finished before the time limit and still had time to assemble my large furniture. I would definitely recommended them again.

They arrived within the hour prescribed. They needed only to load a truck for us, as we had packed everything beforehand. They worked hard and accomplished the job within an hour. They were respectful of our property and were polite and professional. They apologized for charging us for 2 hours when they only worked 1 hour, but we knew going in that there was a 2 hour minimum charge. I would definitely use Pack Smart Moving Services again and would recommend them to others.
