The 3 gentleman that came the first time were very accommodating, friendly and easy to work with. They were careful with moving the furniture to not scratch, bump or break anything. I requested the same men to come back to bring furniture back into home. You sent, at my request, the same gentlemen, except only 2 came. They were the same accommodating, friendly and easy to work with men again. I would call you again for future moves and would definitely recommend your services to friends.
The only regret I have is that my card was charged for 3 hours for the first visit, and it only took the men 1 hour. I feel I should get a refund to my card for this 2 hour overcharge. Rachel Maurer

Outstanding work by a very friendly, polite, and efficient group! I was slightly nervous at first since they arrived just towards the end of their arrival window, but that wasn't their fault due to a detour on the highway. They got to work right away - understood the priorities, and were so efficient in loading that I actually was able to save money by returning a POD I did not need! They finished a little early - did a complete walkthrough to make sure they got everything, and were consistently nice the entire time. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and use them again!

There simply isn't a rating high enough. My mom is 67 and lives in Indiana. She recently lost her estranged husband. I'm her son who lives well out of state. She needed help moving some of her belongings in a tense family situation from one city to another and Pack Smart came through.
