When they came to move us out of our home half way through the move I was told that they brought 3 movers instead of the two movers per the contract. When they left I was told I need to pay an additional amount above our contracted amount. They did not tell me how much more. When I saw the charge on my Visa it was almost $500. Additional to our contracted price. I will not deal with them again because they were not transparent about the additional pricing until after the fact and it was too late! Not good business practices!!!!!!

Our crew was the perfect advertisement for moving services. They arrived and departed on time while quickly and skillfully unloaded the cotents of our little POD, up 4 floors via elevator, into our rooms. Their last request was if we had any final moving needs - it doesn't get any better. I heartily recommend Pack Smart Moving Services through Hire A Helper! Now we can unpack our belongings.

All types. We have been with large van lines forr years before starting Pack Smart. We have done military, international, local, and long distance moves. Storage in and storage out handling as well.
