The 2 men who came to move our belongings were on time, very respectful, and knowledgeable. They worked well together and got the job done nicely.
We drove the rental van 17 hours and everything stayed in place and arrived undamaged!

While the movers were polite, handled my dogs well, dealt with my disorganization, and worked hard, they basically loaded the container with my belongings. Despite me having purchased moving wrap, 17 moving blankets (3 different sizes), and straps, they weren't really used- except some of the blankets just lain over items.
I'm moving several states away. My roommate tied the load to the tie bars of container, don't think they did it anywhere else.
What will happen when. I get to my new home? Not sure but I wouldn't use this company again or recommend them.

On time, professional, courteous, friendly, diligent, efficient. They came ready to work and didn't stop until the job was done. I scheduled 3 hours, and we used nearly every minute, but they didn't dawdle. Hard workers and I'm very grateful for them.

The Pack Smart Moving Services crew that came out to unload my household goods were great! They were on time - - and even though it had snowed the night before, the snow did not stop them! They walked my 1/4 mile driveway thru the snow with their moving equipment in-hand and got the job done. They were very thoughtful and careful on how they handled and where they placed my belongings. These guys worked really hard and completed the job on-time. And, they were very courteous and polite. I will definitely use Pack Smart Moving Services again! They are Professionals!
