They were very personable and worked quickly and carefully. They didn't have the right tools to take apart my bed with them, but luckily one of their coworkers ran right over with the proper tools. I was surprised how quickly they were able to load everything. They were thoughtful and made sure to carefully pack my things so as to protect any fragile items. They were organized and packed everything so that it all fit in the POD. They also used ratchet straps to tie everything down so that it didn't move during transit. Overall, they did a wonderful job and I would definitely use them again.

Steve and his helpers did a great job. Very considerate of me and my possessions.They were friendly and professional. They did arrive late but had called an hour before they were due to explain they were held up at a job and asked if it was ok with me to shift their start time. I was so thankful to get my POD unloaded the same day it arrived!!!
