They were on time and communicated when they were 30 minutes out. They were somewhat prepared for the job. They brought a single dolly (for two movers) - it would’ve been twice as fast with a dolly per mover. They worked hard and hustled but the lack of equipment and execution was definitely not great. Nothing was damaged and they were careful. I would not use them again compared to my experience with other movers if I am being honest. They were nice, respectful, delicate movers but not the most efficient and came less prepared than previous movers.
