They were an amazing help and super nice guys, very easy to work with, and helped us wrap up our furniture! They were careful about our cat even though she constantly escaped and got in the way. First off, I was horribly under quoted on the job for both packing and loading. The crew were courteous enough, but wreaked of marijuana, and were constantly seen vaping and taking phone calls during the 3 hour window of time both days. After the first day my confidence was so low that my family and I spent all the rest of the day packing so there was almost none for the movers to do. Thank god, as I wouldn’t have gotten the move done on time. The second day they were all bickering with each other about each not pulling their own weight.
They were careless with items I specifically asked them to be careful with. One was valuable antique handed down to me, the other was a buffet table in the garage I told them not to put things on because it was sold and pending pick up. They put wet drinks on it, sweaty shirts and boxes that gouged the surface! I am not happy with the service or the cost.
