I have been in the moving business for 11 years now and it is what I love to do and take pride in making sure the customer has a smile on their faces by the time the job is complete. We are available from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Sunday. We work 365 days a year meaning we will move you even if its a holiday. We provide help when help is needed and help try to make everyone's move a great and less stressful experience.

They arrived 4+ hours late. The were scheduled to arrive between 1-2 pm. Ten minutes before 1 pm, I received a call from Mike telling me that the 2 men who were to load my truck had car trouble and would be late. At 3 pm I received another call from Mike stating the men were not coming and he was getting replacements who would arrive soon. At 4:38 pm I received another call from Mike. He said he was going to do our job with another man he was picking up on the way. However, he was more than 50 miles away and it would take him at least an hour to get to our house. Mike arrived about 6 pm more than 4 hrs after they were scheduled. We expected to have the truck all loaded by 6 pm because we had 700+ miles to drive. Our plan was to leave after the truck was loaded, but that wasn’t possible because they didn’t finish loading it until close to 10 pm. During the time they were at my house, Mike & his helper asked several times if that was all that needed to be loaded because they were anxious to finish. When they first arrived, they were shown the furniture pieces that need to be loaded. Yet, they had to be reminded a couple of times to load some of those pieces. During the 3 phone calls earlier in the day, Mike apologized profusely for his men not arriving at the time scheduled. However, from the time he arrived at my house, Mike commented twice that he had already worked a full day and was eager to get the job done. He didn’t acknowledge that our moving plans had suffered because his men failed to give him timely notice that they wouldn’t be doing the job.

They we're prepared and hit the ground running! Very fast, efficient and thoughtful workers. Respectful of flooring too. Definitely recommend them.
