I hired mover helpers only to load boxes and was very happy with the service they provided. They informed me of a delay in their schedule more than an hour before my scheduled appointment time, and they kept me informed throughout the morning. The movers called when they were on their way and when they arrived quickly began working. They treated everyone and the property with respect. We offer a full array of moving services, from packing to loading and unloading. We have a vehicle fleet for moving your items, or our staff will load/unload your vehicle(s). What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We correspond with all of our customers before, during, and after using our services. As soon as a customer chooses our services they will automatically receive a call or text confirming that their order has been received. Then we figure out the best possible scheduling time that will be most convenient for the customer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
On moving day, one of our moving specialists will contact the customer to let them know that they are on their way to them. Once our crew arrives, we then go over the details of the order the customer purchased making sure that everything is covered thoroughly.Make sure all the boxes are packed very tightly and the entire box is packed all the way to the top ensuring the boxes will be easier for stacking. All of our team are trained after being hired and continue to learn everyday on the safest way to move furniture. The more customers they see the better they get. Every crew has a crew leader to oversee everything .
