Mark and company did a great job loading our ABF freight trailer. They wrapped every piece of furniture in the blankets I provided and then shrink-wrapped them. Then they carefully loaded the trailer with all of our belongings. I waited to review until our truck was unloaded on the other end, so I can report that almost none of our furniture was scratched. They did a great job with my upright piano, too. Nice, respectful group of guys who worked very hard on a very hot morning. I would definitely recommend Lubbock Movers to anyone.

After we moved I see why our bill was up to $6000 to pack and load a 1200 sf house. This house had an unordinary amount of belongings but they took the time to individually wrap and bubble wrap a plastic scoop from an old coffee can. Crammed a couch cushion into a corner curio cabinet and the list goes on. I was told I needed more bubble wrap since they bubble wrapped each individual plastic measuring spoon I had and then put nothing around a plate I bought in Ireland which ultimately broke. All the plastic ware was safe and sound. I know everyone has employees that don’t do much but this should of been done in half the time or less. 6 men on the clock 3 watching and 3 working. What are you going yo do when you have to move.

The guys were courteous, fast and efficient and actually finished unloading the POD in about an hour and a half with no issues. They unwrapped items at my request and placed everything where I wanted them to.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We correspond with all of our customers before, during, and after using our services. As soon as a customer chooses our services they will automatically receive a call or text confirming that their order has been received. Then we figure out the best possible scheduling time that will be most convenient for the customer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
On moving day, one of our moving specialists will contact the customer to let them know that they are on their way to them. Once our crew arrives, we then go over the details of the order the customer purchased making sure that everything is covered thoroughly.Make sure all the boxes are packed very tightly and the entire box is packed all the way to the top ensuring the boxes will be easier for stacking. What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our team are trained after being hired and continue to learn everyday on the safest way to move furniture. The more customers they see the better they get. Every crew has a crew leader to oversee everything .
