This team of two are great! We used them twice; once to load a 16' POD (done expertly) and again to unload it a few months later. They are very consiencious, careful and hard working. Highly recommended!

They did a great job, completing what was estimated to be a four hour job in just under two hours. They worked under unideal circumstances, when the police didn't show up on time to enforce my parking permit and clear parking spaces to extend the lift to the pod. They took the initiative to start working without it, which meant that they had to do some extra lifting to get everything up onto the level of the pod (and very good that they did, as the cops never showed). And this is after going up and down several flights of stairs. As a small point of critique, the packing was not the most space efficient I've ever seen, but they were able to get everything that I wanted to keep into the (quite small) pod, regardless. They did a solid job overall, and I would recommend them.

Yes, they updated the times when an illness on the first crew caused a delay of some hours and forced them to substitute a new crew. (I live in a somewhat remote area, pretty far from their headquarters.) The crew worked diligently and energetically, responding to any directions I gave. The finished the job in just a few minutes' less time than originally estimated, so they asked whether there was anything else they might help with. They were perfectly courteous and cheerful.
