We had several stories so I understand it was more difficult than a lot of moves but they had no dollies or anything. They were really friendly and professional but extremely slow and I ended up having to move half the stuff myself.

Despite being a tiiiiny bit late, and no one being reachable-
Stephen and Joe were AWESOME. We ended up finishing the load up earlier than expected and they agreed to help the unload. They were quick, professional and so so helpful. I am disabled and could not do this move myself and cannot thank them enough.

Joe and Steve were friendly, respectful guys who worked well together as a team. They were professional and wanted to make sure they did everything just the way we liked it. If there were any issues they were quick to point them out and told us we could contact management for compensation. The guys worked under intense heat which then suddenly turned into rain, and they kept working through it all. When they finished early, they stayed to move furniture around and set up any room we wanted.
Also, because are moving pods could not be placed directly next to our home. They shuttled our items from our moving pods to our house in their own truck. I would definitely use Classic American Movers again.

The two helpers were 20 minutes early, which threw me off a little because I was still boxing the final items up.
They both worked extremely hard and packed everything nicely in the storage unit. It was organized and secure.
The reason I gave only 3 stars is bc I emailed and asked one of the helpers if they would wrap the furniture and pictures. He said that they would if I had the materials to do so.
When they arrived, I showed them the moving blankets, bubble wrap and plastic wrap. However, as I was finishing the packing downstairs (because they were early), they started moving the upstairs furniture out and didn’t cover it. I asked them to cover the wood dresser and they did so happily, however, inadequately (a lot of exposed surfaces). Unfortunately, they couldn’t hear me very well and it turned into me frantically trying to bubble wrap mirrors and pictures before they got to them (which was extremely hard bc I have a torn ACL and meniscus, so bending my knee and kneeling is very painful, which is why I hired movers in the first place).
Multiple wood items went in without being wrapped (including a lamp, a smaller storage dresser, and the bed frame). I ended up wrapping items I could reach in the POD (e.g., night stand, stainless steel trash can, etc.) for hours after they left. They finished over an hour early, which was also annoying because they had the time to wrap items.
I wish when I emailed the helper and asked if they would wrap items, he would have said no. That way I could have done it on my own time before they arrived.
They were very nice helpers and I didn’t want to give a bad review, but I paid so much money and was very disappointed.
We wrapped most of the items, and took the time and care to set them up in POD to be secure.
We even packed up and wrapped her pictures.
The dresser was wrapped with two moving blankets and wrapped up with shrink plastic as well. So there was no exposed spots.
Due to customer not having a lot of items we provided 4 or 5 straps to make sure everything was secure since the customer’s pod was only filled with 1/4 of the space.
