The service could have been better. One of the movers didn’t show up on time (one hour and half late) which was a big inconvenience. Atkins movers should be more coordinated with the movers they send. One mover was great and did the majority of the move himself. The second mover one was less than ideal.
The only positive was that I wasn’t charged extra for the hour without a second mover.

Showed up right on time. I had a very packed cargo van, and they unloaded everything easily and efficiently within the 2 hour time frame. Very friendly as well! Would recommend!!

Helpers arrived on time. They did a great job with the exception that they did not handle some boxes that were clearly tagged as fragile properly. I helped to move items up stairs to the 5th floor and found fragile boxes that were tumbled upside down on the way. Needless to say, when they were opened, there was breakage of some items. That is my only complaint is that 1 mover was not careful with the boxes, the other mover was excellent and I would recommend him fully. I told this gentleman to tell his partner to be careful with the boxes and not just tumble them around

What training do you provide your crew members?
We make sure our movers are experienced, reliable and efficient. Our movers are all required to have at least 2 years experience and are able to lift over 50 pounds.
