They went the extra mile with moving our stuff. They are quick and effecient.

Good communication prior to the move. I had to push back the arrival time and they were accommodating. They were respectful and polite to me. They did a horrible job loading the POD. I had never used POD before and could not supervise them closely. When the driver picked up the POD he thought I had packed it myself, and when I told him I had hired people, his response was, "you paid for that?" He said it was one of the worst jobs he had ever seen. They disassembled furniture and left pieces on the ground and the hardware was all over the place. They did not bother including arm slipcovers and I found them on the floor after they left. They threw the cover for my fire pit on the ground. They took the front wheels off 3 bikes and loaded them into the POD, but then couldn't fit the rest of the bikes. The worst part is that their poor packing/loading forced me to hire a local mover and rent a storage space for the stuff they couldn't fit.

They were on time. They were prepared for the job. They worked hard. I was very impressed with how they got everything in the pod. It took longer than anticipated but my iPad went missing and looking for it took some time. Never found it. Very sad. Just hoping it accidentally got packed. But over all they did a great job. And yes, would use them again.

Antoine and LaMar exceeded my expectations.They arrived within the agreed upon time window,and let me know they were getting close. When they got here, they worked quickly and carefully to load the U Haul and then followed us to the self storage unit where they once again went right to work and magically filled the rather small unit efficiently, I definitely plan to use them again to move out of the storage unit to our remodeled home.

I had a great experience with Antoine and George, who loaded my POD for a cross-country move last Friday. They came on time, did an excellent job of wrapping and packing my things tightly, and were extremely personable and friendly. I was very happy with their service and would highly recommend them. Great price too!
