Pros- Very polite and professional; I had a delay in picking up my moving truck , and they patient waited for me (They waited approx. 45mins but that was including that they had gotten there about 15min earlier than my appt time)
Cons- There is only one but its a biggie, they did not pack my items properly and my very expensive wood bedroom set received some extensive damage.
Would I use them again?
No- I would not use them for loading
Yes- I used them previously to unload my POD and that went off without any incident so I would definitely recommend them for unloading purposes
