I would like to thank you for making the time to leave with a review! Upon our initial phone call you did wish for us just to focus on loading the heavier of the items. I did have. My team focused primarily on that and fill in the gaps with what would be acceptable, not shifting or breaking or causing any damage. I was not made aware that we will need any tools for assembly or disassembly and did not notify them to bring any of the tools. Upon the initial phone call I was not made aware of wanting The riding lawn mower in the pod. That takes up a lot of space and it's hard to stack around that. I was also not aware of most of the items that were packed. Pods are extremely small. I would have recommended an additional part if I would have known about some the extra items that were being packed. I did even offer to have another team come out there and after I spoke on the phone with you as well as employees.
