Communication was great. Guys were on time and unloaded our POD swiftly. They were careful with the items and polite and friendly to us.

The company is good, little slow maybe because my area or furniture was heavy.
They are using old school moving style. Hand truck, strap, and hands. They are nice easy moving equipment like you put rope under furniture and tight in the back.
The movies was good I drove the truck when I got to the destination they help me park the truck, that was nice

The owner was phenomenal. The worker he had with him was newer and needed constant direction or remembering to be careful etc. but my parents are moving and we will be hiring them again to unload my parents moving truck as well

Due to bad weather, our original crew was unable to make it to help us, but Matt jumped through amazing hoops to come in only a few hours late to help us with our move and getting some tough furniture up the stairs.

Not real happy with the “sub contractors” sent by Hire a Helper. They were not experienced at all and Jeff seemed to be very annoyed by the amount of walking he had to do to get to the POD. My son ended up re-packing the POD because nothing was secured and they supplied nothing. I supplied the dolly, blankets, ratchets, packing tape and all. I know they were there 4 hrs but was not worth the $433 that I was charged. They kept mentioning they worked on tips which I totally support and I did tip them but was not worth a tip to be honest. Caleb was very nice and tried to organize, but neither were experienced. I’m sorry but that’s how I feel.

The father and son team showed up right on time. They were nice and did help us unload the truck.......but struggled with the heavy stuff. It was a good thing I had other friends and family there to help. If you compare this team to the team I hired in Nashville to load the truck....well they were not even close.
Again, a nice father and son who are good at moving boxes and lighter things but lacking in the ability and equipment needed for heavier items.
