As we were trying to explain on the phone before we were hung up on, we have a timeline of the team's start time as well as the end time. We simply are reminding you as well as a team to add the additional hours. We didn't find out until a few hours later that the container was not fully loaded. I was trying to explain that same conversation as well that the pod was not going to be completely filled because once we did arrive it was a 16-ft container for a three-bedroom home. Fully furnished with furniture as well as boxes. The main priority was to take care of the big and larger pieces of furniture. Team stated that there was blankets but not enough to cover every single item. A few of the pieces of furniture were awkwardly shaped and those are hard to pack. We also have to worry about weight of the items inside the container for proper travel as well as we got to pack it up. So while in travel nothing gets broken or damaged with limited blankets as well as no moving straps provide. We were very limited. A few of the pieces are awkwardly shaped such as the base with the dining room table. Our primary goal or objective that day as stated was to fill the container with all the big furniture we could which we fulfilled. On the end of the agreement. There was room to put a few more boxes but we were instructed that those have been taken care of at a later date either by us, another company or you guys. We are a little confused, we know the first job we completed everything was smooth. We were calling the second job you were concerned about the team finishing in the 2-hour time frame, which the team actually ended at 15 minutes soon and expected. And we try to reach out to you about the third phase of the job as well as we've spoken with the team which they're unsure on why a negative review was posted, As well as at the time of the job nothing was brought to our attention.
