We would like to thank you for taking your time to leave us a review and we do appreciate any and all feedback! Throughout the moving process, our managers and dispatchers are constantly in communication with the team updates on a new job, letting them know the next job might be delayed due to closing time on a home traffic, any new jobs that might pop up, etc. We'll also staying in touch with the team with pictures and making sure everyone's okay and taking breaks staying hydrated. We received a few pictures from the job site. They had the boxes placed by size staffed properly as well as the furniture did have protection around it. We are unsure if the last box loaded marked fragile was in the process of being packed while the team was there to or possibly forgotten in the room We will make sure to speak with the team and remind them Just because the last box has been loaded does not mean that it does not need to be loaded properly, And to also remind the teams to refer you from complainting about past jobs. Although we do run into rough ones at times, no customer wants to hear complainting about jobs. We do apologize for any all inconvenience and we do wish you a great Labor Day weekend!
