When we spoke on the phone and you informed me about having to use the restroom and change those shoes. Once they got there. We did inform that they were. They just finished their second job and they're about 45 minutes away. They're going to stop and get something to eat on the road before they arrive. They once they went to the bathroom they did change their shoes because they were relaxing as well as the had to use the restroom because they had a 45-minute drive rehydrating and getting something to eat before the next job. We do agree that they should have been well prepared and once they arrive been ready to work and they should have stopped sooner but unfortunately they did not.

Pertaining to the the end table, The team did mention that they recall you stating that it was previously broken which could have been pre-existing or happened with the other team who loaded the truck for while in travel. As we are not biased, we heard your side as well stating that it fell off a dolly and no one notifies the company until the end of the move. We did see a picture after reviewing it. That wood plank would be a simple fix. As part of being a moving company, a lot of us can use furniture repair. We could prepare that and we also provided information on how to file a claim if you do wish to do so. Other than the restroom issue and the end table the move did go swimming without any issues. We would like to thank you for taking time out of your day to leave us a review and we appreciate any and all feedback! We had a chance to speak to the team. The original reservation was two men 3 hours which we misread that we went ahead and we sent three people out there. With three people being out there loading there wouldn't be a chance for the team to get tired. The original reservation was set for one container which that's what we were told. After speaking with the team they explained the second container was only filled halfway front to back not stacked all the way up to the ceiling due to only having three quilts provided, which per the contract between the ad agency, the customer and our company blanket is to be provided for every piece of furniture. We could not stack metal on top of wood on top of couches without potentially scratching items which led to a lot of the miscellaneous guarding items having to be left behind due to we didn't want to damage and be liable for any damages due to not having enough blankets. The team also say that they spoke with you and they have explained all this. We do apologize about any and all inconveniences and we do hope that you have a great day!

Wish you would have brought this Master attention while we're loading and unloading. All of our teams as well as the company entirely through the hire helper community our highly rated in the area especially for being cautious. We do wish you would have brought us to attention at the time of the move. We could have reached out to the team and told him to be more cautious or even possibly get a replacement team out there. Also, none of this was brought to the company's attention before, during or after the move. If you did have any pictures and proof we'll be more than happy to look at them and we can compare them to what the team took out there. And there's a way we could have filed her a dispute through the ad agency or if they going to care of it directly through us.
