Poor communication, did not show up when they were supposed to and used untrained helpers that damaged my brand new washer. Would not hire this business again.
The two gentlemen who loaded the washer did not notice nor due to you or the member manager who stood out there for the last 15 minutes? While the two other guys finished up. We did not notice any scratches dents on walkings on the washing machine as well as once the job was completed and they finishing stacking items on top and around the washer and dryer we did not notice. All four of us did not notice any stretches, dense dings or marks. We did leave ample room so you can finish loading and unloading what may or may not have needed to gone that was still inside the home. Again if we would have noticed anything once we were there we would have made a notation and management would have reached out to you. Unfortunately we did not believe that we did this and we do apologize again for any and all inconvenience. Thank you and we hope you have a great day!

The team was later than scheduled, however the worked hard to empty to container. I was concerned about one of the gentlemen because he didn't appear to be lifting and carrying items safely - for his safety - not the items. They were respectful of our property and goods and were accommodating in where we wanted items to be put. Thank you - yes, we will use them again, in fact, they are coming back this week.

They were great. Showed up on time and got to work immediately. Got everything packed up efficiently and spent some extra time making sure the cube was packed tight so items wouldn't shift in transit. Would definitely recommend and use again.
