They were prompt and fast, but were very careless with handling the fragile marked boxes (we haven’t opened them yet to assess their condition) and did not blanket wrap the furniture well. Some of the folks in the crew were reluctant to blanket wrap our dining table chairs and did a very shabby job due to which they have been chipped off or have very prominent damage marks. I should get a refund for those. I tipped them well, which was over 23% of loading fees.

I would suggest them have items boxed up unless ordered packing. Also would suggest them to have their beds broken down.

We have handled all types of moves. Moves we have completed- Long distance, local, international, commercial, gym moves, etc.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite apart about being a mover is showing our customer that we are not just movers. Most times at the end of our move our customers are inviting us back to eat or see them again. Our mantra is “Less like movers, more like family.”
What training do you provide your crew members?
Before they are officially tagged “My Guys” they have to go through a few simulated moves, including packing, wrapping, and moving through obstacles with furniture in hand!
