I moved out of an apartment and put my stuff into a pod until I can move back to my home state. The movers arrived 2 hours late after I found out that they were ontime but didn't have my apartment number so they left. They didn't have my phone number either so they couldn't contact me to ask where I was located.
After the misunderstanding they were told where to go and arrived. They worked hard on a hot summer Texas day. I'm not sure if they
used any of the straps or moving blankets that I bought. They were able to fit everything into the pod except two chairs.
We will see when I arrive home and open the pod in about 3 months!
They did compensate me for their mistake so I was happy with the service and payment.

They were excellent! They were on time, efficient, hardworking, and packed all our belongings very securely! They packed up three moving storage containers without waking up our sleeping baby! They were just excellent! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

There were four movers assigned to my job. All four arrived on time and were quick and efficient. I was also impressed by the level of professionalism. Upon arrival each representative introduced themselves and shook my hand. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure I signed off at each step. I’ve had horrible experiences with moving companies in the past, but I would definitely recommend this company and use them again in the future.

They were polite and mostly knew their job. Some things needed to be done differently because furniture and boxes were going to be in storage within pods for 3 weeks, in the same position, with whatever had been stacked up on top of them. They didn’t take those precautions appropriately.

I would suggest them have items boxed up unless ordered packing. Also would suggest them to have their beds broken down.

We have handled all types of moves. Moves we have completed- Long distance, local, international, commercial, gym moves, etc.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite apart about being a mover is showing our customer that we are not just movers. Most times at the end of our move our customers are inviting us back to eat or see them again. Our mantra is “Less like movers, more like family.”
What training do you provide your crew members?
Before they are officially tagged “My Guys” they have to go through a few simulated moves, including packing, wrapping, and moving through obstacles with furniture in hand!
