The movers showed up on time, but for some reason they saved my heavy furniture to the very end of the packing, instead of packing it first and then packing around my furniture. They did not use any of the moving blankets on my furniture so it was scratched and damaged. At the very end they were just shoving all of the odds and ends around my furniture which was a jumbled mess. I had to unpack the back 1/3 and repack my furniture and use moving blankets. Also the they were there 1.5 hrs and charged overtime for going over 2hrs.

Two of the three guys were incredible, Alonzo and another guy with a mustache. Third younger guy complained a lot and was on his phone often. They knocked out the job in the alloted time frame but also showed up and started loading some strangers truck! I had to come down and find them to direct them to my truck. Overall, I'd still recommend them.

Daniel & Alonso were great! Worked hard and fast — yet were very careful and conscientious with everything. Daniel even came equipped with tools to help with assembling beds and furniture.
Now if can just find the remotes for the adjustable bed, hardware for King bed frame and the TV TiVo and Roku, things start feeling almost normal as I acclimate to a new living situation here in TX

I would suggest them have items boxed up unless ordered packing. Also would suggest them to have their beds broken down.

We have handled all types of moves. Moves we have completed- Long distance, local, international, commercial, gym moves, etc.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite apart about being a mover is showing our customer that we are not just movers. Most times at the end of our move our customers are inviting us back to eat or see them again. Our mantra is “Less like movers, more like family.”
What training do you provide your crew members?
Before they are officially tagged “My Guys” they have to go through a few simulated moves, including packing, wrapping, and moving through obstacles with furniture in hand!
