Totally incompetent & unprofessional. They didn’t put on the mattress cover that I provided & my mattresses are soiled. New couch now has a deep gouge. Paint scraped off various wood furniture pieces. They left the dolly in the driveway at the first house so we quickly drove back to retrieve it. They couldn’t figure out how to remove the tv from wall mount so after a lengthy time I said forget it. We returned the next day and removed it ourselves. I could go on but ...Would never use them again.

They were on time and professional.
The two hour window was used efficiently and it was obviously apparent they were careful with the various pieces of furniture and boxes.
The only thing to add was that during the initial sign up for the service using big boys moving company I had requested that tools be available with them to assemble a couple of pieces of furniture. Notably a wood bed frame and dining table. This did not happen.
Other than that I was more than pleased and would use the service again

It was a hot moving day and the 2Big Boy movers never complained and were wonderful helping me move into my 3rd floor apartment. They had quite a workout moving things up and down 3 flights of stairs. I am very happy with my service

These two young men were on time, had the equipment they needed and were very efficient in loading a Uhaul vehicle. In addition they assisted in moving some items to a neighbor's garage that were not going with us. Considering the size and weight of some of the furniture, the service very helpful. I do recommend Hire A Helper.
