They broke my TV, they broke a wooden rocker. They got a recliner filthy with their dirty hands. I don’t know yet what else they’ve packed and loaded so badly that it will break.

They worked quickly and efficiently and they were very friendly and polite. However they loaded my large TV on the very top of the boxes and when we drove the trailer, the TV fell to the floor. I’m not sure yet if it’s broken but I don’t think they loaded that very well.

New City Moving was great. They came in got the truck loaded much faster than I and my son could possibly have done. They were in and out in just under 2 hours on a 16 foot rental van. I held off on this revue until I had unloaded the van to see if there were scratches or anything broken. There were neither. So I think the did a wonderful job and I would recommend them to anyone planning to use a loading service. Note though, that they do not supply strapping and or boxes. You will need a lot of those to insure a tight load.
