The two movers did a good job despite some challenges such as the Pod being located a long distance from the elevator. They were respectful throughou the moving process. The only minor concern is that the original booking was for them to arrive between 2 and 3. We had then asked for them to arrive at 3. We needed a little extra time because we were arriving from out of town and were not sure when we would get there. They ended up arriving before 1pm because the previous job finished early. We managed to get to the location by 1pm, but we did not have time to prepare for them.
