Unfortunately, our movers who loaded the truck were exceptional, but we had a different experience with Pro Movers when they unloaded our truck. They were 10 minutes late. I was also really upset to see they took off the mattress cover bag before bringing up the stairs. They ripped our king size mattress on 2 sides. They didn't use the proper straps to load it up the stairs (like our other movers did) - they instead dragged it up by the handles, causing it to tear. Nothing was mentioned until I saw it when they left.

We had 2 amazing movers! I think their names were Omar and Kevin, they work as a team. I will be honest, when they first showed up I thought that these 2 young men, slight in build, would never be done in 2 hours. WOW! were we amazed! Strong as bulls, considerate, polite and helpful. We were working in a rain storm with hail, tornado warnings, and they were great!! We would use them again, and recommend them. Very pleased!
