I ordered 3 person labor only for 3 hours with an arrival window of 2pm to 3pm. This order was confirmed by Andrew, their company contact, through email and phone call. The labor would be assisting with a City Service Pod that had a limit of 4 hours on city streets and would arrive at 2:30pm.
Andrew never picked up his phone on day of the labor when movers didn't arrive in the window. I didn't receive a call until 3:12pm from movers saying they would not arrive until 5:04pm. My wife, pod delivery person (who I tipped well), and myself had to do the unloading ourselves. I will never use Promovers or Hire A Helper again, period.
