Drew Jr and Renny were so good. We got way more done than I ever thought we would in the amount of time that we scheduled, all because they kept it moving and hustled. They were very careful with everything and asked questions to be considerate about where things go and how they should get there. The crew - Drew and Renny - arrived early and came ready to work. They were able to sort and pack all of our equipment and furniture (Office and warehouse move) neatly and professionally.

The team did not contact me the day scheduled - I had to contact them. They arrived at the very end of the arrival window but then indicated they had to cancel due to light drizzle- we only had a short walkway outside from the truck. When I questioned rescheduling the team reluctantly stayed but worked very slowly until a new team arrived who took over. They only came with one hand truck for 2 workers so we provided additional carts. An extra hour was tacked on for 30 extra minutes and no accommodation for very little help the first hour.

First of all they arrived late. One of the movers was wearing flip flops and a hoodie on a 90 degree day. I don't feel they were prepared for the job. One of the movers complained the whole time about not being paid enough and hinting for a tip. He also left to get a t-shirt because he was over heated, leaving the other mover to work alone. I was disappointed that the company doesn't provide anything for the movers. We needed a dollie to move a washer and dryer. One mover sat on the phone "trying to locate one" while my son and the other mover ended up moving it themselves. I am a single senior citizen. I don't have the equipment or tools for movers. I understand that this company only provides the movers, but they could at least provide them with a dollie!
They only worked 1 1/2 hours although I had to pay for 3 hours. I will never hire this company again.

The guys had a great positive attitude and worked very hard to get the job done on time. They were careful with each item, always watching out for obstacles that might have been in their way. We would definitely use these two guys again. One suggestion would be to bring a hand truck along next time as we had heavy book boxes and maybe having that would have helped. Good work!
