They were booked for 4men for 4hours and after 2 hours they were done even though the work was not done. I called and they told me that there’s no refund. Big rip off!!!??

The movers was very efficient being that you booked 4 movers for an easier move than you expected and I’m sorry that they finished fast and yes we don’t refund for unused time due to the nonrefundable fees we’re charged from you going through a 3rd party source and we would never rip anyone off we work hard while making an honest living

The crew of three men showed up on time. They went right to work and finished before the two hour window I had reserved. They definitely knew how to pack the Pod to maximize space. All my belongings fit into one 16 foot container!
They all were friendly and polite. They handled my furniture and boxes with care.
