They were okay. The 2 worked hard, but had some issues with loading the unit and stacking heavy things on top of things that shouldn't have been stacked on. Binsa are bending and things are falling over. Im sure some things could possibly be broken.Going to have to reorganize and fix once I'm recovered. I will not be using going forward

Andrew and Billy arrived on time and were very helpful and responsive while loading a personal trailer with some unusually specific directions! They were careful with our belongings and worked hard, finishing the work in about an hour! If we have a loading need in the future, we would hire them and would highly recommend them to others!

The two guys did a great job. Only have two complaints. Overall they showed up on time. Got my things out safe with no damage. They packed out my pod very well. My only complaint is the two guys that came out left a box of my daughter’s clothes outside I’m lucky that no one didn’t steal her clothes. The box never made it into the pods. It was left outside on the opposite side of the building. My apartment people found it for me and replaced it by my door step. Other than that my service was well with them. Will recommend them but tell them to be careful of making sure people things get placed on the truck.

I hired them to load my UPack truck for a cross country move. The guys were nice and timely. However… I asked if they needed rope or nets to secure my items. I even had them in hand. They said no. I should’ve trusted my gut because there was an AVALANCHE of items in the truck when it arrived. My stuff literally caused the wooden barricade in the truck to buckle and detach from the side of the truck. Dressers were sideways. Queen mattress nearly bent in half. Fragile boxes were tipped over. My husband and I had to struggle to unload so everything didn’t fall on top of us. SECURE THE BOXES!! they will fall! It was a mess and I’m pisssed.

As I write this review, we are at the other end of our move. We have been unpacking the PODS and are very satisfied with the results of ProMovers packing work.
I WOULD recommend using ProMovers.

I was told they would arrive at 11::0012:00. Then they called and said it would be 1:00. I was told even though I signed for 3 hours I would only be charged for 2. Anything after that I would not be charged. So I mentioned to my son it would be 1:00 They ended up coming around 12:00. It took them less than 2 hours. I was charged for 3 hours. I tried to explain to Promovers what I was told on the phone. It was my word against theirs. Plus they damaged 2 pieces of my furniture. The apartment was completely renovated with new walls, flooring etc. They damaged the door
, marked up the walls. Owner now has to repaint and is not happy about the door.

The original orders were all messed up from the phone call we made. A second phone call corrected that. The day before the helpers were to arrive we tried all day to confirm the help for the next day, emails, and phone calls were not returned. The web site said stretch film would be provided, but was not, nor did they have any tools. When we unload the Pods, I think it may be a scrambled mess, we will see.
