3 excellent personnel. They did a great job!! Very professional, friendly and capable. We had 4 different areas where the things that they unloaded had to go, basement, garage, to storage and into the house. They were fine with taking directions from us. We paid their tips in cash. Thank you. Would highly recommend.

- worked hard and quickly
- careless in multiple situations - not respectful with my property
- damaged furniture items from the way they packed the POD (frayed corner of couch, wood hitting into metal and damaging it, etc.)
- damaged parts of home from them moving items out too quickly and aggressively (scuffed the stair banister and doors)
- they put my long dining room table standing normally at the back of the POD and layered multiple heavy boxes across the whole table and all the way to the ceiling which caused my table to break in half by the time I was unloading
- the packers even made a comment to me at the end about how the people unloading the POD they packed weren't going to be happy with how they packed it...
