Pro Movers - 2 movers showed up.1 knew what he was doing, the other useless. They didn't even show up with furniture moving equipment. Just a dolly that is used for boxes and not furniture.
They damaged the furniture and the interior of the condo.
Moving Staffers the nationwide company that hired Pro Movers would not cover the damage because they said we didn't let the movers know the day of the move that we notified them of the damages. Lies. They are well aware of the damages.
Moving Staffers then offers $200 for all the damage. Really

After that he wouldn't take any of my calls. The number listed for Pro Movers is his cell number.
I hope this saves another family some heartache considering moving cross country is stressful enough. Then to have your belongings and home damaged and then not even willing to give me the insurance company's contact number is horrible.

I don't like writing bad reviews, but I'm really unhappy with the job done by Promovers. I didn't hear from them prior to my move day (other than the automated text from Hire a Helper), so I called around 8:15am when they were supposed to arrive at 8am. Two guys showed up around 9am and didn't bring any tools or dollys to move boxes/furniture. One of them left to go get tools to dissemble my bed and was gone for 30-40 minutes - but then they didn't end up disassembling my bed at all and loose screws were found all over the POD. While they were both friendly, they didn't seem like they had any professional experience moving and haphazardly packed up my POD. When I arrived at my new place, so many of my things were broken and a lot of furniture was scratched/damaged.

The guys did a wonderful job loading our furniture. They were hard workers who were professional, polite, and knowledgeable about packing the truck. They went the extra mile to protect our belongings. I would very much recommend this company.

Sergio & John were the best! I was worried about packing my 1 bedroom into a 8ft pod but they were such pros and packed it with room to spare! Wonderful! 10/10 would recommend again!

The two young men were on time and they started right away moving the furniture in being careful with the pieces…we were amazed that it was done so fast … and I certainly would use them again.

Respectful of my property for the most part. However, during the middle of the move, there was a bit of discrepancy amongst the movers & seems one got a little upset, then he started dropping some of my items. He did apologize but it happened several times.
