Although available last minute as my original mover canceled hours before my move, these movers were unprofessional! Initially only one mover showed up and he was rushing and disregarding my objects. He even referred to multiple items as "junk" and damaged several other items because he was rushing and didn't use the second mover (who showed up late) as a spot man. The mover even told me he was rushing because "I want to go home and watch the superbowl." I paid for 2 hours of moving time which is the minimum, there was no reason to not only verbally insult my items being moved but rush and damage my items. I even told the mover "if you didn't want to work maybe your should have called off and just watched the superbowl". The second mover who arrived late smelled like strong cigarettes and mostly stood around and used his phone. I called the owner Scott who stated the movers should not have been rushing but did not seem too concerned as to the movers being disrespectful and damaging items. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

The movers were on time, hard working, and professional. Loading the moving vehicle was done carefully and efficiently. The company did not accommodate our initial request to make the move later on the same day that we requested their services, but brought in the movers the first thing the following morning. The early arrival and efficiency of the movers kept us on our moving schedule.

Had some issues with the company confirming the move and some communication issues, that left me wondering if they were going to show up initially.

However, they showed up and did the job (albeit being informed 90 minutes before they were scheduled to show up) and did an exemplary job. I swear those guys "stretched" my truck to fit things in there amazingly. They essentially made a giant cube of all of my packed belongings.

Movers were super friendly and able to help disassemble the bed I was having an issue with.

Overall very pleased with the service I received, however communication from the owner to the customer could have been greatly improved. I must say, I was moving on the busiest moving weekend of the year, and there are hiring issues around the country right now, so I'm very happy with the service provided.

Overall thank you for saying the service was pleasant but I don't know what you're talkin about being by being informed 90 minutes before the job that it was going to happen that's not true also there was no scheduling issues sir so I don't know what you're talkin about but overall I'm glad you're happy with your job and how well we did and how well my guys did and if they did such a great job I don't understand why it's a a 4-star instead of five star

I had my movers through Handy cancel last minute and then it was a mad dash to find a replacement in a stressful time. Keenan's was sympathetic and while they were extremely busy, they kept their word and showed up at the end of the day to help me move.
