Terrible service. While they showed up on time, they worked slower and slower, due to what they said was 'their third job of the day'. They were careless in packing, and walked over items such a custom table top while in the truck. They refused to move pool table slate claiming it was a heavy item, but moved a captain's bed that was of equal weight. Upon arrival at the destination, they damaged multiple walls and an armoire. They then quit the unloading, mid-job, stating that they had worked one additional hour (at additional pay I might add), and they were done, leaving five or six large items in the truck at dusk. Compounding matters was that their supervisor was supposed to come out and fix the wall damage, according to the crew member. While initially responsive to my concerns, he started dodging my calls and my emails were not replied to. This company dropped the ball on many fronts, and then promised to make it right and failed to do that. I don't know how I could ever trust them again. Please think twice before using this company.

The guy’s from Minuteman were awesome. Thank worked hard for me. I had way more stuff than anyone should have in a two bedroom unit and they handled it like champions. I wish I had more people like them currently working with our crew.

AJ and Quincy were friendly and courteous. We moved from out of state to St Cloud and we needed help bring in our boxes and furniture. They put everything where asked and helped us rearrange some of the heavier items. We would recommend Minutemen Haulers for your move, and will consider them for our future needs!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A customer can expect a call from one of our booking agents to confirm the move and go over additional details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A customer can expect a call from the crew lead an hour prior from the arrival window to confirm the move. Once the crew arrives, they will do a walk thru to ensure the move is completed in an efficient manner and will stay until excused from the customer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure the move goes as smoothly as possible it is best to plan accordingly. Have furniture pads, stretch wrap and straps/rope ready for the movers to use if you are providing. Book elevators in advance so the movers don't have to wait.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled, local, long distance and office moves in the past.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Making the customer's life as easy as possible. We pride ourselves in being able to provide premium moving services to all of our customers.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We undergo 2 weeks of training where we will put a trainee with an experienced crew lead before being trusted to work alongside another individual.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
