Would have given them 4 stars: showed up on time, generally polite and got right to work, BUT while i was out of earshot, my boyfriend later informed me that he tried to warn the employee that an item wasn't loaded right on his 2 wheeler, and got snapped at with an "i been doing this for 14 years," response, after which the nightstand, of course, fell off the two wheeler and it resulted in damaging the item. There was no apology, and he didn't even tell me, the customer, that it had happened. SO, only 3 star review.

Very first they came very tired as they were keep on saying its their 5 job of the day.
First 30 - 45 mins they did a good job in placing all the items in the container very well organized and slowly they started saying this will not fit that will etc.. and even the booked slot for 3 hrs they tried to wrap withi. 2 hrs and last they were like just dumping without no place left even its 16 ft container just for 2 bedroom apt.
After they left I requested the apartment helper and again reorganize all the items and did make place to a 3 seater couch, 10 additional boxex, 3 fans and some small items..
TIP: Either hire these guys starting of the day or do not hire if you are moving to a PODs container.
