They did a good job and were on time. I don’t think they packed the unit effectively. They kept saying there wasn’t enough room. They left before job was complete and we got everything in unit in the end

Robbie and his crew did a wonderful job unloading the moving truck and moving everything into my apartment. They were great at staying in contact with me throughout the process, and they were fast and professional. They brought their own dollies, moved everything safely up a flight of stairs, and helped put together my bed frame. They also swept out the moving truck after everything was unloaded so I could return the truck in good condition. I would highly recommend them, and plan to hire them again for a future move.

Robbie complained the whole time. They were not prepared. Asked us if we had tape. No equipment. Except for dolly.Not dressed properly for moving. No work boots. Didn't finish unloading the truck. Told us there were only a few boxes left. But...that's our own fault because they took advantage because my husband was sick and body already beaten from the SC move. I will never call this service again. We believe them. And...my husband tipped them 30 each. We now still have to figure out how to get the rest out!!! The other man with Robbie was not a winer. Boo hoo Robbie. If things are too much for you you're in the wrong business my friend.

Slow and inept. I wouldn’t use this guy if you paid me. They loaded only one and half-unloaded that same load taking them 5 hours. They packed as if the load was going across country- the load was 5 miles away. Now, I’m scrambling to find help while it’s snowing. They are so bad that I won’t be using Hired Helper, either!
This moving company was terrible. Due their inept inability to follow directions and focusing on taking apart minutia and wrapping the dumbest of objects, my family and I enjoy moving in the snow. Thanks for terrible service!
