I was impressed that I could order the service to unload my U Haul on my cell phone the night before I needed them, and could choose a time I needed the help. The 2 men showed up and worked hard and fast yet was careful of doorways and walls. I moved into a brand new condo and they were very respectful of being careful.
Despite a sudden rain downpour, they took a quick break then resumed and didn’t stop til the job was done. They seemed happy to help and it was a great service! Do not hesitate to use this company.

Makin Moves is fantastic to work with. Being the first time using this service for a out-of-state move, I was concerned no one would show up to once I arrived to Myrtle Beach SC. Can you imagine the relief when two strong guys showed up on time. Together, they managed to unload the 20-foot truck and fit everything in a 10x10 storage. Thank you Brandon and Austin! You guys rock. I couldn't ask for more from these guys. I will call again when we move into our new home.

FIVE STARS AREN'T ENOUGH!
I had a spur-of-the-moment emergency relocation for an elderly parent and Makin Moves turned it into a stress-free situation. Brandon and Austin were simply amazing! They understood the urgency and went above and beyond to ensure that the move was seamless and everything was ready for my dad to move in that day. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of professional movers.

They were scheduled to come between 9-10 AM. At 10:30 still no one. I called the owner and he said he thought they were at my house since they left 45 minutes ago. They finally showed at 10:55 AM. At this point, I had unloaded 80% of the container myself as the container was being picked up by 1:00 PM and I needed to make sure it would be empty. They unloaded the rest and were done in about 30 minutes. I'm very disappointed that I had to pay $318 for 30 minutes as there's a 2 hour minimum. It would be nice if the owner to refunded me a portion of this as a "good will" measure.
