What can a customer expect after booking with you?

We intend to contact within a hour of booking. In this call, we iron out all details beyond what’s listed in reservation notes as well as confirm our understanding of notes provided. Our goal is to be 100% on the same page as our customer.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

It's important to handle as many possible task as possible before the actual day. Whether that's getting everything already packed in boxes or picking up the truck the evening before or signing agreement and getting keys for storage unit or new complex in advance. Things such as this take away a large amount the stress that comes with moving day. Things happen and they cause delays or adjustments. We have an in-depth training manual we provide all new hires when they start. We use this as a foundation to point to as we translate the information onto the job sites until those work methods can be exemplified without attention.
