After a great conversation with Rick confirming unloading I was sure this was going to be smooth. Boy was I wrong, First off they 3 hours late after giving me 3 different excuses on why they were late. It was 2 guys but only 1 was able to do the heavy lifting, my husband helped more than he should have. No tools or anything else to assist moving household items. They were respective and worked hard. But I was disappointed and expected more.
