At best, the guys that loaded us in Kentucky did a decent job. There was damage when it arrived in Florida. In Florida, only 1 guy showed up so I have to step in and help him. This should never happen especially when you're expecting 2 guys. Good thing I'm healthy enough to help or else he would not have been able to unload everything. However, the owner was prepared to show up, but it would have taken a couple of hours and I told him never mind. The guy that helped me unload did a nice job and we got everything unloaded. Yes, I got 1 hour removed from the bill as I should have, but there should be more than that to compensate me for my work.

Rick and the guys at In & Out are the best! We’d have been stuck without them for sure. I used In & Out the first time because the guys I hired thru U-Haul didn’t show up and had nothing but excuses. Rick came out on an hour’s notice and we got the job done. Plus, he’s a heck of a nice guy to boot! This past time he delivered the same prompt, professional service as before. I’ll be booking him again soon!
