My moving service was scheduled for Monday between 10am to 11am for 2 hrs.
After being very flexible alouding the crew to go help someone else before me twice on Monday instead, the crew end up showing up on Tuesday after 2pm.

I got charged and extra day for the uhaul rental that I was refunded by the owner later.
The 2 guys crew were very helpful, friendly and professional.
As a small owner I understand the importance of being professional and dependable, sadly I can't say that about this moving company.
I paid for a moving service that I was expected to get in a timely manner.

Mover's response:

I apologize for any inconvenience that we caused in the delay of helping you. We tried to help too many people that day and you were nice enough to wait. I thought we communicated very professionally with you and took good care of you once we arrived. Our only issue was the delay in getting to you and I do apologize for keeping you waiting.

I had awesome movers so kind, so patient. They went out there way to make sure I was taken care of and my items where placed correctly. Great company!

The two men who showed up, came 1-1/2 hours late, they were very slow, my husband already had a 1/3 of the truck unloaded before they got there. They didn't listen to directions very well, and they both had a hard time lifting items and bringing them into the house. My husband had to help them finish or they would have never got the truck unloaded. We will never use them again, it was awful.

Mover's response:

The team was late to the job because the job before you had an extra 26 ft truck to unload that no one mentioned. You had extra heavy items and every time the team came in or out of the house, you closed the door on them, so on top of having to lift the heavy items they also had to let themselves in and out every time, even after addressing that the door needs to stay open. Your husband did not help. They still got it done in an hour and a half. The team did not want to cancel even though they had just worked 7 long hard hours so they did show up tired but they showed up and they helped you in a timely manner. You clearly did not make it easy on them and were very ungrateful. They indicated you were awful and they would never want to help you in the future and they have never said that about anyone. I have red flagged you in my files.
