My impression is that these movers were inexperienced and not skilled in loading a pod. I’m nervous about how everything will look when it’s delivered. While they were on time and finished within the scheduled window, several issues stood out: only 1 moving dolly for 3 men was brought; only one of the four tie-downs I was asked to purchase was actually used; my grandmother’s chest wasn’t wrapped as I specifically requested; and the loading was sloppy - starting with vacuum-sealed bags of linens instead of heavier items like the couch or bed. Items thrown in the pod like clothes into a washer, no science for the pod transportation.
They were polite and got the job done, but at what cost? This was subpar compared to the experienced pod movers I’ve worked with in Cincinnati.

The crew was absolutely fantastic. I had hired 3 men for 4 hours, and the crew wasn't able to arrive at the scheduled time -- but they more than made up for it. Doubled the crew and had the job done in 2 hours. Everyone worked nonstop, wrapping and protecting everything extremely well. It was all well-packed in 2 PODS and secured with straps. You provide the supplies, they supply the manpower and know-how. Awesome job. Couldn't be more pleased.
