Arrived on time and worked very hard. Careful detail to all our contents. Brought their own shrink wrap and wrapped all of the furniture. Very courteous. Packed the pod all the way to the top, utilizing all the space of the pod. Used tie downs to hold it all together. Took time to do a walk through of our home to ensure we didn’t miss anything.

Good Crew, Good attitude!
However, they dropped the machine on its side! Only visible damage was a scratch oh the plastic where it hit concrete.
However, the machine is not working properly. It seems that there could be damage to a Circuit Board internally.
There is a Service Technician that will look at the Unit Thursday or Friday.
