INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. He guys were the best. On time and patient with me as I worked details of an extended storage space rental process. But the time we missed was easily made up with their efficient work. Kirk, as team leader was especially thorough and handked my things with ease. He even showed concerns about a few nicks that some of the funiture sustained in the previous packing of the truck. They listened to my wishes regarding how I wanted the system unit to be packed and did everything they could to make my plans a reality. But, above all, they we're super friendly and easy going. Everything was fine, pretty much what I expected. Something was broken in the process, but they made up for it by not charging us for an extra hour. Overall I am happy and would use the service again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Your move date is set! Contact for details and any necessary instructions
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always show up! On time arrival within the first 20 minutes of the one hour window, with an experienced, professional and courteous crew.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have items packed and ready to go (large boxes not too heavy please), furniture blankets to protect your stuff, appropriate size truck for the move. Then wooosah! we got you, you're things are in capable hands.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, Long distance, Office, Commercial, Specialty moves (larger & fragile and very expensive medical equipment).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
No gym membership needed, we get paid to exercise. Our worksite is different everyday & we interact with new people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Two weeks of moving technique (lifting, turning, angles), teamwork, pacing, basic disassembly/reassembly and materials handling as well as customer service is our basic training. Then our most experienced movers ( Courtney, Eric, Yusef, Azar, Kirk) have advanced training for loading moving vans.
