We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. The team was able to show up a little bit earlier and they got everything down and into my moving cube relatively quickly with no problems at all. Promove gave me an extra mover at no extra charge and it helped with the move a lot. The guys were very nice and did a good job with packing everything into the cube. Overall I would use Promove again.

I am so happy we hired Promove! It couldn't have gone more smoothly. The crew showed up right on time (if not a few minutes early) and cleared out our entire 3 bedroom apartment in about an hour. They packed a PODS truck in such an organized and tight manor that even the driver was impressed. I would hire them again in a heartbeat, and will be recommending them to everyone I know.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Your move date is set! Contact for details and any necessary instructions
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always show up! On time arrival within the first 20 minutes of the one hour window, with an experienced, professional and courteous crew.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have items packed and ready to go (large boxes not too heavy please), furniture blankets to protect your stuff, appropriate size truck for the move. Then wooosah! we got you, you're things are in capable hands.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, Long distance, Office, Commercial, Specialty moves (larger & fragile and very expensive medical equipment).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
No gym membership needed, we get paid to exercise. Our worksite is different everyday & we interact with new people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Two weeks of moving technique (lifting, turning, angles), teamwork, pacing, basic disassembly/reassembly and materials handling as well as customer service is our basic training. Then our most experienced movers ( Courtney, Eric, Yusef, Azar, Kirk) have advanced training for loading moving vans.
