They did a great job again. I used them when I moved in as well, and I would use them again. Mike communicated with me prior to arrival and the team worked quickly. Because of covid-19, they wore face masks and gloves, which I appreciated.

Called me at 9:00 pm night prior to service to say they couldn’t come. Left boxes sitting all over. Didn’t hook up washer dryer because they lost the equipment needed, and left a puddle of water on the floor. Grabbed my bathroom towels to wipe it up. Cables, dryer hose etc. missing ? Didn't stay the whole two hours even though there was more to be moved. Left saying they were done here and had other things to do. I will never use them again. Waste of almost $300

Mover's response:
I am Sorry America's Moving Pros weren't able to do The three things that you wanted us to do.. First thing weren't able to do was work one hour and come back next day for an hour.. It is an mandatory 2 hour minimum... Second thing is we only unloaded your items so who ever took loose your washer and dryer we're responsible for your washer and dryer cords as we showed you your pod was empty ... there was nothing we can do about them being left at your loading..Due to no hose's on washer water did come out we ask for a towel to get it off the floor... We are sorry your Christmas party was cancelled due to the cable and internet cancellation...We hope things have got better for .. To our future customers America's Moving Pro's provide quality service each and every time we are hired... Please check previous reviews for the true representation of our work!!
