Moving staffers marketplace does not operate the same as moving staffers. Marketplace was almost $200 more to unload a POD because they do not reimburse for unused time. Also, the DASH movers did not properly reassemble my desk. I had to have the moving staffer crew with my next POD come in and assemble it properly.

Mover's response:
We apologize for any misunderstanding you may have had while booking your services with us. We came and honored the time slot our team was booked for by you the customer. In the terms and agreement signed prior to our team completing the job it states that any unused time will not be reimbursed. As it is also a part of company policy. We value you and your business, but to be fair to all customers we have to honor the policies in place. Also, our apologies on the desk, as it was 2 piece desk wit no hardware. We assumed it was placed together correctly because it was sitting flat. The same way as when we took it out of the POD. That would have been an easy correction had we known. Thanks for your feedback. It will definitely be noted moving forward as we appreciate you and all our future customers.

We will call you when we are on the way to inform you and confirm the details of your order. Then we will work to ensure your needs are met.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Yay! It's moving day! Stay calm and try to think ahead. It will help if you have an idea of how you want the day to flow. Stay hydrated and lets get moving!

What types of moves have you handled?

We handle mainly local household and commercial moves.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

We are passionate about helping people. Moving can be stressful. Anything that we can do to eliminate some of that stress can go a long way.

What training do you provide your crew members?

We only hire professional movers. Most of our crew members join us with some type of moving experience. We seek to enhance this with clear directions and an opportunity to shadow one of our existing movers before moving on.
